An introduction to Spatial Transcriptomics at WIMR
Dr. Joey Lai and Dr. Li Ma will discuss and showcase the power of the spatial transcriptomics technology at WIMR. An early adopter of Visium from the HIV and Mucosal Immunology group will present their single-cell and spatial data analysis in the study of Chron’s disease.
